About the Role

Kasper is a creative subscription company that helps brands grow by producing strong-performing content and advertisements across digital channels. The company is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to help with creative planning, production coordination, and performance tracking across client accounts.

This position is hands-on and execution-led, with close collaboration alongside senior leadership. The main priority is to build, organize, and continuously improve creative output for several clients at once.

Responsibilities

  • Create concise, well-structured creative briefs using the company’s internal methods and templates.
  • Research successful ad ideas, hooks, and content formats to inform new concepts.
  • Assist in shaping creative strategies for client accounts.
  • Work with designers, editors, and creators to bring briefs to life.
  • Check and quality-review creative assets before they are delivered.
  • Record and monitor performance data such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and hold rate.
  • Spot trends in top-performing and weak-performing creatives.
