Role overview
Mishkat Agritech Farm is looking for a Junior Brand Manager to shape and strengthen the brand’s overall market presence. This position calls for a commercially minded strategist who can build integrated 360-degree marketing plans that blend strong brand fundamentals with modern digital execution. You will own the long-term brand roadmap, guide creative and digital agencies, and help deliver the brand’s "Global Tier" ambition across both offline and online customer touchpoints.
What you will do
- Build and roll out the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) along with the wider brand strategy.
- Define and protect brand positioning, brand rules, and portfolio expansion.
- Lead innovation projects and new product development from early idea stage through launch.
- Create go-to-market plans for new offerings.
- Manage digital marketing activity, social channels, and agency coordination.
- Design and execute promotional activity and sales activation initiatives.
- Study customer insights, market movements, and overall business results.
- Support trade marketing, shelf presence, and retail execution in stores.
- Oversee marketing spending and assess campaign return on investment.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and R&D to support business goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in brand management and digital marketing; FMCG or fresh produce exposure is a strong plus.
- Experience creating strategic plans and frameworks independently from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, digital ad buying, and content trends.
- Prior experience briefing and managing external creative and media agencies.
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Must already be based in Jeddah or be open to relocating there.
Technical and leadership strengths
- Project coordination skills, including the ability to organize complex work in Asana and monitor multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to convert consumer data and digital performance metrics into a 12-month strategic recommendation.
- Capability to design brand experiences that connect with customers across every stage and channel.
- Strong presentation skills to present and defend marketing plans before senior leadership.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
