The role is best suited to someone who enjoys working inside an established creative system and takes pride in both quality and speed.
What You Will Do
You will partner with marketing managers to craft visuals that are clear, engaging, and consistent with the brand. Your work will support campaigns, expand brand assets across multiple touchpoints, and contribute to the ongoing development of the visual identity while helping strengthen your design skills.
Key Workstreams
- Create and maintain email marketing templates, develop one-off campaign layouts, and organize shared asset libraries for the team.
- Design creative assets for social and paid channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, to support active campaigns.

- Source and edit imagery for blog and content needs, and assist with building content components.
- Support co-marketing efforts by creating partner-facing materials and collaboration assets.
- Develop individual assets for integrated digital and out-of-home marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality design work across marketing projects with an emphasis on speed, consistency, and careful attention to detail.
- Apply Peerspace brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards to keep all touchpoints aligned.
- Partner with marketing managers, designers, and internal teams by handling feedback efficiently and communicating clearly about progress.
- Keep up with current design trends, new tools, and best practices in branding, marketing, and digital design.
- Own deadlines and manage workload effectively in a fast-moving, fully remote setting.
- Keep files and design assets well organized so they can be easily reused by the broader marketing team.
Qualifications
- A BFA in Design, Art, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a brand, marketing, or visual design position.
- A portfolio that shows clean, production-ready work across digital formats, especially email and social.
- Comfort using Figma, along with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Interest in AI-assisted design and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano, Flux, Freepik, Runway, and Figma, plus a willingness to try new technologies.
- Strong command of layout, typography, and color as used in digital marketing materials.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage several requests while meeting deadlines reliably.
- Bonus: experience with email tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo, or basic HTML/CSS for email production.
- Bonus: experience with video editing or simple animation.
