Role Overview

Penta Global Engineering is looking for seasoned Job Performers to support oil & gas EPC assignments in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on carrying out field activities in a safe, controlled, and efficient manner while following permit-to-work rules, HSE standards, and project-specific procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned site tasks in line with approved permits and method statements.
• Follow ADNOC/PTW requirements and all applicable HSE rules at the work location.
• Inspect the work area before starting and help maintain safe site conditions.
• Work closely with supervisors, permit holders, and HSE staff during execution.
• Confirm that the needed tools, equipment, and manpower are available before work begins.
• Immediately halt work and escalate any unsafe act, unsafe condition, or incident.
• Use PPE correctly and comply with all safety procedures at all times.
• Finish allocated activities within the planned schedule and quality standards.

Requirements

• A Diploma, ITI, or similar technical qualification is preferred.
• Applicants should have 1 to 12 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or EPC environments.
• Sound knowledge of permit-to-work systems and HSE practices is needed.
• Prior exposure to ADNOC projects will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, drawings, and safety-related requirements.
• A strong safety mindset and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.
