Job Description

The Janitorial Maintenance role is responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the store facilities. This includes maintaining showers and restroom areas, managing towel services, performing general repairs, and handling trash removal. The position also requires providing excellent guest service by maintaining well-kept facilities.

Qualifications

Candidates should be highly motivated self-starters with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing or walking for extended periods. Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
