Compensation

Hourly pay starts between $11.90 and $16.30.

Role Summary

This position focuses on keeping the store and travel center clean, safe, and operating smoothly. The job includes routine janitorial work, light maintenance support, and delivering helpful service through well-kept facilities.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and travel center.
• Clean shower areas and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
• Carry out basic store repair and maintenance tasks.
• Collect and remove trash from around the travel center.
• Support a positive guest experience by keeping facilities in excellent condition.

Required Qualifications

• Self-driven and highly motivated approach to work.
• Comfort working collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet or walking for most of the shift.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance or janitorial role.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to resolve minor issues.
