The team is looking to hire an IT Allrounder (m/w/d) as soon as possible.
Role overview
In this position, you will help maintain, develop, and improve the company’s IT environment while supporting stable day-to-day operations and contributing ideas for modern technology adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Take care of the administration, support, and ongoing development of the IT landscape, including servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud services.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and uninterrupted IT operations.
- Identify, resolve, and document issues affecting hardware and software.
- Plan and implement IT projects, including the rollout of new technologies.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Advise and assist internal departments with IT-related questions and needs.
- Contribute to IT security initiatives as well as backup and disaster recovery concepts.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field. Both young professionals and experienced IT specialists are welcome.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networks, Microsoft 365, and modern IT infrastructures is expected. Experience with virtualization, cloud solutions, or IT security is an advantage.
You should bring an analytical mindset, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, strong service orientation, teamwork, initiative, and a sense of responsibility. Very good German skills and good English skills are required.
