Interior/Exterior Renderer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior/Exterior Renderer to produce polished visualizations for architectural projects. This position calls for a sharp eye for detail, the ability to create high-quality interior and exterior images, and the speed to turn work around quickly without losing accuracy.

Core Duties

• Develop lifelike and highly detailed renderings for both indoor and outdoor projects.
• Build accurate models of furniture, fixtures, and other architectural components when required.
• Work closely with teammates and keep communication clear so deadlines are met.
• Make sure every deliverable matches the client’s brief, style, and expectations.
• Organize work efficiently and complete assignments within demanding timelines.

Technical Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and rendering tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with furniture and fixture modeling.
• Availability to work during the specified office hours and deliver on schedule.
• Ability to complete tasks quickly and consistently.

• Careful attention to detail and precision in rendering work.
• Comfortable collaborating with a team as well as working independently when needed.

Working Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, which corresponds to 10 PM to 6 AM Philippines time. The role is work-from-home. Compensation is USD 700 per month.
