Overview

This role sits within the Personal Lines team and focuses on supporting existing customers across renewals, policy updates, and retention activity. The successful candidate will need to build strong client relationships, handle several priorities at once, and deliver accurate, professional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee policy renewal activity and help maintain strong client retention levels.
  • Handle policy amendments, keep customer accounts updated, and liaise with clients on claims and related correspondence.
  • Keep records and files organised, complete, and current.
