Role Overview
This opening is for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Hyderabad, working from the office five days a week. The role is urgent and requires candidates with 4–5 years of experience in inside sales within the IT industry, especially those who have handled US as well as Middle East markets. There are 2 vacancies available. One position is for the US shift, aligned to US time zones, and the other is for the Middle East & Europe shift, aligned to those time zones. Applicants must be open to working according to the shift assigned to their position.
The role is suited to professionals who enjoy prospecting, speaking with senior decision-makers, and driving business growth in a fast-moving sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects through outbound calling and consistent follow-up on leads.
- Build fresh pipeline through cold calls, email outreach, and social networking within the assigned business unit.
- Research target accounts, identify opportunities, and map key decision-makers within prospect organizations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Arrange one-on-one meetings with qualified prospects.
- Record and manage all sales activity and prospecting details in the CRM system.
- Work toward weekly and quarterly inside sales goals while keeping activity logs updated in CRM.
- Present the value of the company’s offerings to prospects and partners.
- Understand customer needs, answer queries, and share additional product or service information by email.
- Stay current on product updates, service changes, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain databases of existing and potential customers.
- Demonstrate product and service features when needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and convert leads into business.
- Qualify new leads and drive them through the sales funnel.
- Close deals and consistently work toward sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in outbound sales or call center-based selling.
- Prior exposure to inside sales in the IT sector, preferably with US and Middle East market handling.
- Hands-on experience with at least two CRM systems from Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
- Strong background in cold calling and lead generation.
- Comfortable working against sales quotas and performance KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer handling ability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Work Location and Schedule
The job is based at the company’s Hyderabad office in Hi-Tech. This is a fully onsite role with a five-day work week. Candidates must be willing to work in the shift linked to the role they are selected for: either US shift or Middle East & Europe shift.
