Internship Overview
Intertek India Private Limited invites aspiring Human Resources professionals to join as HR interns in Mumbai. This full-time, in-office internship offers hands-on involvement in key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, document management, and data analysis using MS-Excel and MS-Office. English communication proficiency—both written and spoken—is critical as you engage with team activities and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain up-to-date HR documentation and records accurately.
- Create analytical reports and evaluate recruitment and onboarding data using MS-Excel.
- Assist recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, performing initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process including preparation of welcome materials and orientation assistance.
- Handle sensitive HR information confidentially and professionally.
- Work collaboratively to improve HR workflow efficiency.
- Introduce creative ideas and solutions to enhance HR operations at Intertek India Private Limited.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available full-time onsite for three months.
- Internship start date must be between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026.

Compensation and Perks
