About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in various Human Resources functions within a reputable manufacturing and technology company. The intern will primarily contribute to talent acquisition for both IT and manufacturing roles, assist in the screening and sourcing of candidates, and support employee engagement activities during office events, including festivals.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruitment efforts for IT and manufacturing positions.
- Conduct candidate sourcing and screening processes effectively.
- Coordinate and promote employee engagement programs during office celebrations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship commitment.
- Internship start date should be between August 11, 2026, and September 15, 2026.
- Availability for a six-month duration is mandatory.
- Applicants should be based in Pune, Maharashtra.

Compensation & Benefits
