About the internship
This in-office HR internship at GLS Group in Bilaspur, Haryana is a 3-month opportunity focused on core human resources work across recruitment, HR administration, and employee record management.
What you will do
- Support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, shortlisting profiles, and coordinating preliminary interview stages.
- Handle routine HR operations and administrative tasks to help keep workplace processes organized, compliant, and efficient.
- Serve as a first point of contact for operational HR queries and assist in implementing team-oriented policies.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee information for new joiners and existing staff.
- Keep employee databases updated and ensure documentation remains complete, properly organized, and ready for audits.
