Role overview
This position supports the Crewing and HR teams across recruitment, employee administration, training compliance, and logistics. The role partners with managers and employees to help build a healthy workplace culture, maintain efficient day-to-day operations, and contribute to wider business goals.
What you will do
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Crewing team, including preparing client CV packages, arranging training, coordinating logistics, and keeping the CRM updated.
- Assist the Operations team with logistics and the timely mobilisation of service engineers, while making sure certification and immigration requirements are followed.
- Contribute to building a personnel database for offshore staff to support proactive hiring efforts.
- Check, rename, and file HR and crewing documents in electronic systems.
- Support HR and crewing projects linked to compliance and the long-term direction of the function.
- Work with other departments to help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage recruitment activities from end to end, including posting vacancies, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and drafting offers.
- Lead HR-based induction for new joiners and ensure onboarding tasks are completed.
- Assist with workforce planning and succession planning activities.
- Monitor and review headcount reports for offshore personnel.
- Encourage positive employee relations and help address workplace concerns.
- Support onshore onboarding by preparing employment contracts and related onboarding paperwork.
- Prepare employee letters for onshore staff, including salary certificates and similar documents.
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and audit files to help ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has substantial experience in an HR environment, along with recruitment exposure and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred. You should be comfortable juggling several projects at once and prioritising tasks to support operational needs.

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and follows an onsite working arrangement.
Certification / experience notes
Prior work in an HR function is required, and recruitment experience is also important. Background in oil and gas is preferred, though not mandatory.
