About the role
Fan Milk PLC is seeking a proactive and strategically minded HR Business Partner for its Topline and Support Functions. The role focuses on putting HR strategies into practice across functions while ensuring the approach remains competitive and compliant with local regulations. This is a permanent position based in Accra, Ghana, and will report to the Human Resources Manager for GH & Francos.

Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree is required, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in HR management.

- The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, diplomacy, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities are needed.
- The role calls for the ability to influence stakeholders using sound analytical judgment and strong relationship management.
