HR Generalist

Role summary

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support a hospitality client on a contract basis in an on-site setup in the United States. The position is focused on managing seasonal workforce needs and keeping HR operations running smoothly during busy peak periods. Compensation will be competitive and determined by relevant experience.

What the role involves

• Handle end-to-end HR support for seasonal employees, including hiring, joining formalities, and exit processes.
• Address employee concerns and help maintain positive workplace relations while following company policies.
• Work with department leaders to make sure staffing plans match seasonal business demands.
• Keep employee data accurate and up to date, while ensuring labor-law compliance.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration for a temporary workforce.

Desired background

• At least 2 years of experience in HR generalist or HR coordination roles.
• Prior exposure to managing seasonal or temporary staff is preferred.
• Good understanding of labor laws, employment compliance, and related requirements.
• Comfort using HRIS platforms or payroll software.
• Strong English communication and organizational abilities.
