About the role
Ayers Rock Resort is hiring a Housing Cleaner to live and work on site in Yulara, Northern Territory, around 20 minutes’ drive from Uluru. The role is suited to someone who values accuracy, works well under pressure, and brings a positive, service-minded approach when dealing with residents and teammates. Experience in a similar position is helpful, though not essential.
What you’ll do
- Carry out bond cleaning for homes being prepared for new tenants.
- Clean shared and public spaces to a high standard.
- Escalate maintenance concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Report any damage to property, including vandalism and graffiti, to the supervisor or Housing Services Manager.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment to complete assigned cleaning tasks.
- Help ensure tenant areas are presented in excellent condition and satisfaction levels remain high.
What we’re looking for
This position calls for strong attention to detail, efficiency in a busy environment, and a steady, professional attitude. A current full Australian driver’s licence is required. Prior experience in a comparable cleaning role is an advantage.
