Role Summary

At MGallery, every property is built around a distinctive story. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you help bring that story to life by ensuring guest rooms and shared areas are maintained to a high standard of comfort, cleanliness, and style. Your attention to detail supports the elegant atmosphere guests expect and helps create a warm, polished stay.

Key Duties

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public spaces in line with MGallery standards.
• Add considerate, personalized details that reflect the hotel’s character and guest experience.
• Protect guest privacy and handle their belongings responsibly and carefully.
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage pantries neat, well-arranged, and properly replenished.
• Flag maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns without delay.
• Deliver service that is friendly, refined, and attentive to the MGallery style.

Profile Needed

The ideal candidate brings a warm, caring attitude and a genuine interest in guest satisfaction. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not essential. You should be able to notice guest needs early, remain professional and welcoming, and manage tasks efficiently with strong organization and time management skills.

Alwadi Hotel Doha is the first MGallery boutique hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha, a major mixed-use development in the center of Qatar’s capital. The hotel features 213 luxury rooms and suites, a large ballroom, five meeting rooms, multiple dining options, and an exclusive spa and swimming pool. It is positioned as suitable for both business and leisure guests, about 15 minutes by car from Hamad International Airport and 10 minutes from West Bay.
