Housekeeping Associate (Hotel)

About the role

KINN Hospitality Concepts operates Singapore’s first boutique capsule hotel, set within a distinctive Brutalist building on South Bridge Road. The property combines heritage surroundings with a lively nightlife scene, offering guests a unique stay experience. As a full-time Housekeeping Associate, you will help maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and overall upkeep of the hotel so guests enjoy a pleasant and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep all hotel spaces clean, tidy, and properly maintained.
• Clean guest rooms, dorms, and capsule units in line with hotel standards and procedures.
• Sanitise shared bathrooms and shower facilities used in capsule-style accommodation.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including the lobby, lounge areas, and pantry spaces.
• Look after cleaning tools and supplies, ensuring they remain safe, organised, and hygienic.
• Identify and report any faults or damage found in hotel areas.
• Check linen items before sending them for washing and again when they return from the laundry contractor.
• Handle housekeeping requests from guests or supervisors whenever needed.
• Prepare the daily cleaning report and submit it to the supervisor at the end of the shift for review and filing.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Resident Manager.

Requirements

• Must have a pleasant manner, strong people skills, and a careful eye for detail.
• Should be willing to learn and develop with the organisation.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and on rotating shifts.
• Role involves physically demanding tasks such as climbing, changing linens, and handling laundry loads.
• No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
