Housekeeper (Full-Time) - Northstar Square

About the Role

Northstar Square, part of Navion Senior Living, is seeking a full-time housekeeper to help maintain a polished, welcoming environment in a high-end assisted living community in Kennesaw, Georgia. The position plays an important part in keeping the residence clean, organized, and comfortable for residents and their families while supporting the community’s overall reputation for quality.

This role is part of a full-time team and offers the chance to work in a supportive setting focused on resident care and community standards.

Payroll Access Program

Key Duties

• Carry out routine housekeeping tasks in resident apartments, shared spaces, and other assigned service areas while meeting company quality expectations.
• Collect, clean, and return community laundry to the appropriate areas.
• Work alongside the community team to help maintain OSHA compliance and support risk management policies and procedures.
• Follow safety practices at all times, including proper use of PPE, fire extinguishers, MSDS guidance, and lockout/tagout procedures.

Experience and Skills Needed

• Prior experience working as a cleaner or housekeeper is preferred.
• Ability to use common cleaning tools and equipment such as irons, washers and dryers, brooms, mops, and vacuums.
• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision while sustaining strong performance.
• Capable of handling routine, standardized situations with few variables.
• Able to follow directions for chemical cleaners and powered equipment, including simple math conversions when needed.
• Must work efficiently without lowering the quality of the work.
• Basic reading and spoken English skills are required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a community setting is required.
