Housekeeper

Overview

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper for a long-term care setting in Easton, PA. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors while supporting HCSG’s commitment to quality service and positive community impact.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, and office areas.
• Clean and disinfect areas according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Keep documentation of completed cleaning work and share any maintenance or safety concerns with the supervisor.
• Apply infection prevention practices and universal precautions to support a sanitary environment.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, coworkers, and guests while delivering strong customer service.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Housekeeping background is helpful, but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with building occupants, management, and HCSG leadership.
• Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with standing, sitting, bending, and walking for long periods.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks consistently.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to follow both spoken and written directions and perform routine work each day.
• Residency within the service area is required.
