Key Responsibilities

  • Create polished, executive-facing reports and dashboards that help guide both business and clinical decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, turn them into measurable goals, and monitor progress against those goals.
  • Drive data integration and platform modernization initiatives that improve access, reliability, and scalability for different teams.
  • Deliver analytics and reporting support for health plan operations, member-focused programs, and external reporting obligations.
  • Partner with technology, operations, and compliance teams to remove roadblocks and ensure accurate reporting is completed on schedule.
  • Guide and support analysts and partner groups while promoting strong practices in documentation, controls, and data usage.
  • Assist with bringing in new data sources and external partners to enable secure and reliable information exchange.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on analytical and reporting ability, with advanced SQL and Python skills for working with large datasets and automating recurring outputs.
  • Experience with modern data ecosystems, including both cloud-based and on-premises environments, along with data storage, access, and governance improvements.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare operations, especially health plan reporting and performance measurement.
  • Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance requirements involved in handling sensitive healthcare data.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts such as integration, modernization, and governance from planning through execution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect technical and non-technical teams, set expectations, and influence decisions.

Preferred Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data operations, or a related technology support function.
  • Background supporting enterprise reporting, data governance, and operational analytics in a payer or provider setting.
  • History of improving efficiency, raising data quality, and reducing reporting turnaround time.
