Guest Experience Expert

About the Role

The Luxury Collection is looking for a Guest Experience Expert to help create stays that feel memorable, personal, and effortless. This role goes beyond standard check-in and check-out duties and focuses on shaping a guest journey that feels thoughtful from arrival to departure.

In this position, you will take initiative across a range of guest services, support day-to-day operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete necessary reports, and share local highlights in a way that adds to the overall experience. The goal is to make every interaction feel like a natural part of the guest’s stay.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to work proactively across the guest experience area, handling operational tasks and assisting guests throughout their visit. The role calls for someone who can move around the property, stay attentive to needs, and act quickly when support is required.

• Support guests through the full stay, including arrival, stay, and departure touchpoints.
• Handle operational tasks and guest-facing requests with a service-first approach.
• Prepare and complete reports as needed.
• Share information about the local area and nearby highlights when relevant.
• Help make routine transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the business.

Work Standards and Expectations

Success in this role also depends on following workplace and brand standards consistently. That includes maintaining a safe environment, protecting company assets, keeping information confidential, and following all company policies and procedures.

Professional presentation and communication are essential. You will also be expected to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred for this role. No prior related work experience is required, and there is no supervisory experience requirement. No license or certification is needed.
