optiBPO is hiring a Graphic Designer to support a client’s marketing team and help elevate brand impact through thoughtful visual communication. This role is intended for someone who can take full ownership of design work, collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, build scalable processes, and use content design to contribute to business growth.

The client is a US-based company that manufactures industrial-grade custom anti-fatigue mats for standing workers at some of the world’s biggest brands. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a capable, driven team member with strong character, fresh ideas, and the confidence to suggest better design solutions rather than simply follow instructions.
