Role overview
JSW Sports Pvt Ltd is hiring a Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Bengaluru. The role is focused on producing design assets for sports-related communication, especially for high-performance athletes, sporting events, and programs created for donors and partners.
About IIS

It supports elite and emerging athletes across several Olympic disciplines and aims to provide a world-class environment where Indian athletes can achieve global success. The institute is known for its emphasis on elite training and a clean, modern visual style.
Key responsibilities
- Create polished social media creatives and templates that stay consistent with the IIS visual identity.
- Develop branding materials for IIS events and high-performance training venues across India.
- Design logos, units, and presentation elements for special programs and donor-facing competitions.
- Shape and refine visual systems for new sports initiatives while keeping the output fresh and innovative.
- Work with internal stakeholders to brainstorm and deliver marketing assets such as internal presentations, banners, and signage.
- Handle multiple design assignments at the same time while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality in a fast-moving work environment.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a sports-focused environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve design workflow.
- Capability to develop visual languages with a clean, contemporary design approach.
- Clear communication skills for presenting ideas and working with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Genuine interest in sports and understanding of the Indian sports ecosystem, ideally including Olympic disciplines.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
