Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will support the Marketing & Brand Experience team by creating polished, high-quality visual materials across the company’s divisions. This position partners closely with the department to deliver creative assets for print, digital, social media, photography, and presentations. The role also includes managing design work independently, contributing to light marketing tasks, and helping maintain a consistent brand look across internal and external communications.

Design Production and Team Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing team on photography needs such as headshots, property images, event coverage, and photo retouching.
  • Develop multi-page marketing pieces including brochures, lookbooks, offering memorandums, proposals, and similar collateral for different departments.
  • Create and improve presentation decks used by internal teams and business development efforts.
  • Make sure all deliverables follow company brand standards and visual identity rules.
  • Contribute original ideas and practical design solutions that strengthen the department’s creative output.

Core Duties

  • Design and revise short-format materials such as single-page or multi-page layouts, recurring informational pieces, and other quick-turn assets.
  • Handle print coordination, including file setup, proof review, and communication with print vendors.
  • Refresh or rebrand existing materials, templates, and layouts when needed.
  • Create visuals for PR campaigns and social media while keeping messaging and style consistent across channels.
  • Support email marketing by supplying graphics, layout help, and ideas to improve visual impact.
  • Assist with social media content, including image creation, resizing, video edits, and occasional light copy support.
  • Help organize templates, brand libraries, and creative assets.

Additional Support Areas

  • Assist with internal newsletters, company event promotion, and brand management efforts.
  • Support website design and functional updates alongside team members.
  • Help maintain Telemetry and other visual asset repositories when needed.

Other Expectations

  • Take part in department planning discussions and offer creative ideas and solutions.
  • Join brainstorming sessions for campaigns, brand initiatives, and internal engagement events.
  • Provide marketing or design support to other departments as assigned.
  • Participate in staff development, training, and meetings as required.
  • Complete other assigned duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, energetic, team-focused environment.
  • Strong collaborator who can accept feedback and share ownership of creative work.
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple projects at once.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Canva knowledge is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, particularly social media and email marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Photography and photo-editing ability is preferred.
  • Preferred background in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may replace the preferred education.
  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience required, with agency or in-house experience preferred.
  • Proven ability in digital and print production, layout design, and brand-consistent creative work.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to prepare print-ready files and work with outside vendors.
  • Photography and/or basic video editing experience is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Travel may be required up to 25% to locations outside the corporate office.
  • This is primarily sedentary work, though the role may occasionally require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 10 pounds.
  • The job involves regular use of sight, hearing, speech, manual dexterity, and visual focus, along with tasks that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, walking, crouching, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must be able to use standard office and computer equipment.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Physical requirements represent the essential functions of the job, and reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
