Role overview
This nightshift position is part of Uniphar’s warehouse and distribution operations in Cork. The role focuses on preparing, handling, and moving stock accurately and efficiently while following standard operating procedures and supporting smooth dispatch and goods-in workflows.
What you will do
- Pick and prepare lining and bulk orders, complete order processing, carry out fridge and general assembly tasks, scan orders, put stock away, and finish van sheets in accordance with standard procedures.
- Remove pallets from the Dublin truck using a forklift, verify quantities, and arrange items in the correct run sequence.
- Use the IWACS system as part of daily warehouse operations.
- Operate the driver EPOD system and maintain practical working knowledge of it.
- Support goods-in activity by unloading pallets when needed.
- Coordinate with the Citywest warehouse whenever operationally required.
- Process empty totes and lids for return to Citywest.
- Log any issues or exceptions in the handover book for the shift supervisor or manager.
- Work closely with the supervisor and line leader to manage bulk stock and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
