Overview

WeAreAspire is hiring on behalf of a forward-looking experiences business that is entering a new phase of expansion. The company is creating a dedicated Conferences & Experiences division focused on thought leadership, live engagement, and destination-led events spanning business, arts, culture, and entertainment.

The Opportunity

This role goes beyond standard leadership responsibilities. It is a ground-up build where you will help design, launch, and grow a new business line. You will work closely with senior leadership to spot commercial opportunities, introduce distinctive event formats, and open up new income channels.
