Role Overview

tecHindustan is hiring a Game Developer with a strong mathematics background to create and verify game mathematics for Stake Engine-based games. The position is based in Mohali / Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, India, and is a full-time onsite role.

What You Will Work On

Build and improve mathematical models for game mechanics.
Set and fine-tune key game metrics such as RTP, volatility, hit rate, and payout patterns.
Develop game math logic in Python and with Stake Engine’s Math SDK.
Carry out high-volume simulations and statistical checks to validate results.
Prepare documentation that is suitable for certification review.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to shape and deliver game concepts.

Desired Background

Solid command of probability, statistics, combinatorics, and mathematical modelling.
Hands-on experience with Python and simulation development.
Exposure to RNG-based systems and statistical verification methods.
Ability to turn product needs into clear, measurable mathematical outputs.
Strong written and verbal communication, especially for documentation.

Additional Advantageous Experience

Prior work with Stake Engine, game math SDKs, or RGS platforms.
Background in iGaming, casino, or betting products.
Knowledge of certification and compliance workflows.
Experience improving the performance of large-scale simulations.
