Full/Part-Time Personal Financial Consultant (Basic + Commissions)

About the Opportunity

This role is with Great Eastern Financial Advisers Private Limited, part of Great Eastern, Singapore’s longest-established insurer. GEFA is a subsidiary created so consultants can offer a broader suite of financial products across multiple platforms.

Compensation and Earnings

The base pay ranges from $3,000 to $7,000 per month, depending on prior experience and last drawn salary. On top of the fixed pay, the package includes uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Role Overview

You will be placed with one of the company’s leading agencies and receive structured training and support from day one. The role is designed to help new consultants establish themselves quickly, with assistance provided for the first few cases to build early momentum.

• Assess clients’ financial objectives and recommend suitable insurance, investment, or savings solutions for individuals and businesses.
• Deliver high-quality advisory support and customer service throughout the client journey.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

Training, Licensing, and Additional Conditions

• Applicants who clear the interviews must complete four examinations before starting: RES5, M9, M9A, and HI.
• All examination fees will be paid for by the company.
• Strictly open to Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents; foreigners are not eligible.

Requirements

• A diploma from a local polytechnic or an equivalent qualification is required.
• No prior experience is needed.
• Holding RES5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications will be considered an advantage.
