What you will do

Qualifications

Applicants should have prior hands-on experience caring for infants and young children, along with a professional, positive, and reliable attitude. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required, and the candidate must be able to pass a background check. CPR certification is preferred, though the agency is open to candidates who are willing to obtain it.

Requirements and eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Should have 2 to 3 years of childcare experience, especially with infants and toddlers.
• Needs a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to clear a background screening.
• Should bring a dependable, professional, and positive approach to work.
• CPR certification is preferred, or the willingness to earn it.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $20 to $27 per hour.
