Role Overview
In this freelance sales associate position, you will deliver in-store beauty services such as makeup application, skincare guidance, and consultations for hair or fragrance. The role combines creativity, product knowledge, and customer engagement to create a warm, personalized, and memorable shopping experience.
You will contribute as part of a strong-performing team, support in-store events, and help maintain excellent visual merchandising standards so the store stands out in a competitive retail environment.

Candidate Profile
Experience in retail or beauty is preferred, but candidates with beginner-level or amateur-level experience are also encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate creativity and technical ability. Training and development are available, and the company offers competitive compensation to support professional growth.
Work Expectations
The position requires flexibility to work retail hours, including daytime shifts, evenings, weekends, and special events. The environment is fast-paced, and prior experience with retail point-of-sale systems is helpful.
Pay and Benefits
The anticipated base pay is CAD 17.75 to CAD 28.55 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week and adjusted according to qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget.
