About the Role

The agency is seeking a freelance videographer in Berlin to support event productions and manage the video process from shooting through to final edit. This role involves close collaboration with the creative team to craft visuals for lifestyle, brand, and campaign work.

What Success in This Role Looks Like

• You manage the full video production flow, including preparation, filming, editing, and delivery.
• You are comfortable working on set and can capture strong visual narratives.
• You complete work on schedule, communicate effectively, and keep brand style and aesthetics in mind.

Responsibilities

• Work with creative leads to plan shoots and define visual direction.
• Capture high-quality video content for social, brand, and campaign use.
• Edit footage so it matches the brand’s identity and the creative brief.
• Deliver projects quickly without compromising on quality.
• Support with basic lighting and audio setup when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in videography and editing.
• Ability to work with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Fluent English is required; German skills are an advantage.
• Must be based in Berlin and available for on-location shoots.
• A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work.

Additional Information

This is a freelance position based in Berlin, Germany. The work involves in-person event shoots and end-to-end video production support.
