Food & Beverage Assistant

Overview

Sheen Falls Lodge is seeking Food & Beverage professionals for both full-time and part-time roles in Killarney, County Kerry. The opportunity is suited to people who already have some background in food service, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in providing a five-star guest experience. Successful candidates will join the team across The Falls, Sheen Bar, Sheen Lounge, and Stables Brasserie.

You will work in a lively, high-paced service environment and build your skills with support from the food and beverage management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests while delivering a high standard of service.
• Share menu information with confidence, including allergen details and suitable recommendations.
• Work closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
• Comply with all applicable health department and food safety regulations.

Working Pattern

These roles are available on a rostered basis and include weekend and evening shifts. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
