Floor Tech - Nights

Role overview

We are hiring a Floor Tech to carry out routine floor maintenance in facilities and keep the environment clean, safe, and well maintained. The role involves working with equipment such as buffers, strippers, vacuum cleaners, wet vacs, and similar janitorial tools.

Key duties

• Keep janitor closets neat, organized, and safe.
• Handle janitorial equipment carefully and follow safe operating practices.
• Label chemicals correctly, dilute them properly, and use them as directed.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Core Values.
• Take on other routine janitorial tasks as needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time night role. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:30 pm to 1:30 am, with 40 expected hours per week.

Pay

Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
• You should have more than 2 years of relevant experience.
• You must be able to provide a summary of work completed.
• Strong communication with the direct supervisor and team is important.
