Role overview

As a Fleet Operations Driver, you will support shift-based operations in Solingen by moving e-scooters around the city so they are charged, safe to ride, and available where needed. The role also includes recovering misplaced scooters, transporting damaged units to the warehouse for repairs, and helping keep public spaces tidy and organised.

Your work will directly support a reliable, high-quality mobility experience for customers while upholding strong safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vans to pick up, reposition, and deploy e-scooters, or to exchange batteries when required.
• Place scooters neatly so roads, pavements, and sidewalks remain clear and uncluttered.
• Locate missing scooters, inspect them, and either return them to the warehouse or redeploy them in the city.
• Carry out simple street-level fixes to improve fleet availability.
• Support the warehouse operations team whenever extra help is needed.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is practical, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You should be comfortable taking initiative, handling responsibility, and working safely on the road.

Previous professional driving experience is helpful, but not essential. Bolt values motivation, intelligence, and integrity, and encourages applicants who may not meet every requirement to still apply.
