Field Services Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Field Service Engineer to handle on-site deployment, installation, and ongoing support for advanced data center systems. This role calls for strong practical experience in high-performance computing environments, GPU-driven infrastructure, and contemporary cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and service servers and related hardware at customer locations.
• Take the lead on deploying GPU-based platforms, including NVIDIA A100, H100, and HGX systems.
• Carry out advanced on-site fault finding, diagnostics, and repair work.
• Assist with the operation and upkeep of liquid cooling setups, including direct-to-chip and immersion cooling.
• Work closely with data center teams during installations, upgrades, and expansion projects.
• Make sure deployed systems run efficiently and continue to meet expected performance levels.
• Keep accurate records of service work, system configurations, and technical incidents.

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in field service, data center operations, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Supermicro servers.
• Strong working knowledge of NVIDIA GPU deployments, including A100, H100, and HGX.
• Practical exposure to liquid cooling technologies.
• Solid background in executing on-site data center rollouts.
• Strong diagnostic thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Capability to work independently and lead field-level tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CDU (Coolant Distribution Units) and coolant circulation systems.
• Understanding of high-speed networking technologies.
• Exposure to AI and HPC cluster environments.
• Familiarity with vendors such as CoolIT Systems, Vertiv, and Schneider Electric.
