Role Overview
Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time Field Inspectors for an on-site, field-based position in Wando, SC. This role is focused on visiting residential neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, identifying homes that may be eligible for a no-cost roof inspection, and arranging appointments for the in-home inspection team. It is a W-2 employee role with weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to grow based on performance.

Key Duties

Schedule and Work Conditions
This is an on-site role with availability required Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The role requires 40 hours per week, no overnight travel, and transportation is provided from the office for team activities.
Compensation
Pay includes hourly wages, commission, and performance bonuses. Weekly earnings are stated as $770 to $1,350. The company also notes that many first-year team members earn between $40,000 and $70,000 or more annually, depending on consistency and results. Weekly pay is provided.
