Strong analytical ability is needed to review drawings, specifications, and contract documents and identify inconsistencies. The employer is also looking for someone who is highly motivated, action-oriented, committed to high standards, and dependable in delivering work correctly the first time.
Additional strengths include integrity, a strong safety mindset, clear written and verbal communication, teamwork, independent work discipline, strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
