The position supports delivery quality, commercial performance, and strategic growth for asset management offerings across sectors such as transport, defence, water, and related industries. It is also a chance to build stronger technical delivery capability and expand business development experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client engagement and end-to-end project delivery, including bid support and opportunity development, while advising on asset management and change management approaches.
- Create and refine strategic, tactical, and operational documents such as Asset Management Plans, Asset Lifecycle Plans, Inspection and Maintenance Plans, and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs).
- Oversee project execution and client relationships to maintain delivery quality and ensure work is completed on schedule.

- Coach and support team members while helping build a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Experience and capabilities
The ideal background includes substantial experience in asset lifecycle management and project delivery, along with a strong track record of developing trusted client relationships. Experience in condition assessment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Successful candidates should bring excellent written and verbal communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance strategic and practical thinking. Prior experience coaching or mentoring teams is also highly valued.
