Experienced House Cleaner

Job Position Description

As a Professional House Cleaner, you will visit customers’ homes to deliver high-quality cleaning services using company-specific products and methods. The role focuses heavily on consistency, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Utilize company-approved cleaning agents and procedures to maintain cleanliness in customer residences.
• Perform comprehensive cleaning of all surfaces, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors. Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture.
• Relocate reasonably movable furniture to ensure thorough cleaning underneath and behind.
• Transport all cleaning supplies and equipment between the office, vehicle, and client homes.
• Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Foster a positive work environment through a pleasant demeanor and contribute to team objectives, including adherence to uniform standards and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to distinguish between various cleaning products and their appropriate applications.
• Capacity to comprehend and execute cleaning instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Comfortable working in diverse home environments, including those with pet hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
• Possession of reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
• Ability to perform regular physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
