Overview
A top creative chairman in the entertainment and creative sector is hiring a highly experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to act as a dependable partner across both business and personal matters. This role suits someone who excels in a high-energy setting, can stay composed when priorities change quickly, and consistently handles sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the principal’s daily schedule, including intricate calendars, urgent meetings, and frequent last-minute adjustments while remaining organized and calm.
- Arrange all travel needs from start to finish, covering domestic, international, and private itineraries with careful attention to detail.
- Support lifestyle management, household coordination, and everyday personal logistics with a polished and discreet approach.
- Work closely with vendors, internal staff, and outside contacts while representing the principal professionally.
- Assist with high-level projects, events, and strategic initiatives, ensuring strong attention to detail and dependable execution.
- Manage confidential information with maturity, sound judgment, and absolute professionalism.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders or ultra-high-net-worth principals.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Strong adaptability and readiness to shift priorities quickly, including at short notice.
- Tech-savvy, resourceful, and proactive with the ability to stay several steps ahead.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong judgment and a high level of discretion.
- Willingness to be available outside standard hours when needed.
Compensation
The role is offered at an annual salary range of $250,000 to $300,000.
