About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Executive focused on non-IT hiring. This position is based in Baner, Pune, near the Volkswagen showroom. The role requires on-site presence and follows a six-day working week, with Saturday as a half day.

Candidate Profile

  • Applicants should have around 2 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Background in non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing through platforms such as job portals and professional networks is important.
  • A solid grasp of candidate screening and interview scheduling is expected.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and negotiation skills are required.
