Role Overview

This opportunity is with a prominent international real estate business known for representing exceptional homes and high-end properties. The team has a strong reputation in luxury real estate and works within a fast-moving, high-performance environment. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide weekday support from Monday to Friday across administration, scheduling, and coordination for properties being marketed for sale.
  • Assist with calendar and diary organisation.
  • Handle appointments outside the office, including photography sessions, building and pest checks, and pre-settlement inspections.
  • Prepare materials and support for listing presentations and appraisal meetings.
  • Coordinate open homes and auction events, ensuring they are set up and run smoothly.
  • Oversee the exchange-to-settlement process between vendors, purchasers, and solicitors, including invoice submission.
