Estimator

Role overview

SupremeX Inc. is seeking a meticulous and analytical Estimator to support envelope work as well as packaging and label opportunities. This role focuses on producing reliable, timely cost estimates and helping the business choose the most efficient and economical manufacturing approach.

What you will do

• Build detailed cost estimates with ERP-based estimating tools and models.
• Assess customer requirements and select the most suitable production method.
• Work out costs for materials, labor, machine usage, freight, and manufacturing.
• Suggest alternate production methods that can improve price competitiveness and efficiency.
• Partner with Production and Procurement to confirm operational assumptions and material pricing.
• Provide Sales with clear, practical estimating support.
• Keep cost models and supplier records current while improving estimating accuracy over time.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of estimating experience in printing, packaging, paper converting, or manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of flexographic printing and converting operations.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and troubleshooting ability.
• High attention to detail and the ability to balance several priorities at once.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
