Overview
Richard Crookes Constructions is expanding its building construction teams and is looking for engineers across multiple experience levels to support Sydney-based project delivery. This opportunity is centred on hands-on site work within complex building projects.

What the Roles Involve
These positions are project-based and site-focused, with an emphasis on practical delivery across live construction environments.
- Contribute to the delivery of building projects from early stages through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and oversee work activities on site
- Support scheduling, quality assurance, and cost tracking
- Handle RFIs, variations, progress claims, and project reporting
- Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and wider delivery teams

Candidate Profile
Applicants should have solid experience in building construction and be ready to work on active sites in a fast-moving delivery setting. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field is expected. Experience in Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Senior Project Engineer roles is relevant. The role also requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, along with openness to relocating to Sydney for long-term opportunities.
Additional Requirements
Candidates whose background is limited to civil infrastructure such as roads, rail, or utilities will not be considered unless they have also worked on building construction projects.
