About the Role
An international BPO is looking to immediately hire Email Support Executives for its Mohali location. This role is focused on customer service through email communication, with no sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer emails and support requests professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and assist in resolving issues.
- Deliver customer service support without any sales-related tasks.
- Manage customer interactions with a service-first approach.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Working knowledge of computers is required.
