Descrizione del lavoro
About the Role
KF Brands develops and sells sports equipment under the TRETMANN brand, ranging from rowing machines to pedal trainers. Sales happen through Amazon and the company’s own Shopify store, with a clear focus on the DACH region. The team works entirely remotely across five countries and values speed, direct communication, and results.
This role is for someone who wants real ownership: you will run the online store, keep a close eye on performance metrics, and make sure external agencies, developers, and paid media partners deliver reliably.
Shopify Operations and Store Ownership
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Shopify store, including product listings, checkout, payment methods, data privacy, and technical cleanliness. You will handle smaller changes yourself, while larger topics are documented clearly for developers and agencies, with consistent follow-up until completion.
Tracking, Analytics, and Reporting
You will keep the most important business numbers in view at all times, including revenue, conversion rate, ROAS, average order value, and funnel performance. You will work actively with Google Tag Manager and GA4, build and maintain dashboards, and ensure that relevant data is captured properly and can be used for decision-making. If something looks off, you are expected to bring a hypothesis and a concrete action proposal.
Performance Marketing and Media Buying
You will coordinate paid media efforts across Meta and Google together with agencies and external specialists. That includes budget allocation, creative briefing, and making sure every euro spent on ads has a clear purpose. You do not need to click around in an ads manager yourself, but you must understand the strategy and logic behind it.
Sales, Launches, and Assortment Management
You will plan and manage product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns from preparation through execution to evaluation. Cross-sells and product recommendations should be continuously improved using data.
Agency and Partner Management
You will act as the main contact for external partners such as agencies, developers, and content production teams. Your work will include briefings, scheduling, feedback rounds, and approvals. You will make sure the output meets expectations and that the brand identity is consistently applied, not just approximately on brand.
Shop Optimization and Conversion
You will critically evaluate visuals, content, and user flow, then drive improvements through a structured cycle of hypothesis, prioritization, implementation with developers, and review of results.
Qualification and Mindset
The company follows a “hire for attitude, train for skills” approach. Applicants do not need to come directly from e-commerce or already have experience in inventory management and product development. A strong mindset is valued more highly than a perfect resume.
Working Model and Benefits
The role offers fully location-independent work with flexible hours and 100% remote home office setup. You can expect a steep learning curve, strong ownership of projects, the chance to grow into a leadership role over time, and a perspective toward permanent employment. The environment is described as a dynamic team of high performers without a 9-to-5 mindset. You will also be able to contribute to product development and brand building, use the company’s sports equipment free of charge, and receive attractive pay plus a bonus system.
Application Process
Instead of a cover letter, candidates should send a short introduction video together with their CV. The video should answer questions such as why you want to work here, what you enjoy doing, why you are the right fit, how this role fits into your life, and what working with the team would look like for you. If the video file is too large for email, a free file transfer service can be used.
Company Culture
The team works across five countries, remotely and in a fast-paced, direct, outcome-driven way. The company values initiative, reliability, and a practical approach to execution.
