Drafting Technician

Role Overview

Blew & Associates, P.A. is looking for a Drafting Technician to support survey drafting and project documentation work in Fayetteville, AR. This position focuses on producing accurate survey-related drawings and helping ensure projects are completed with the right technical details.

Key Responsibilities

• Create boundary, ALTA, and topographic survey drawings using design software.
• Carry out deed review and prepare deed plots.
• Stay in regular communication with coworkers and supervisors to keep work moving smoothly.
• Deliver complete, accurate survey and project submissions needed for project closeout.

Requirements

• Experience using Carlson Software and AutoCAD is considered an advantage.
• Ability to solve technical problems with a strong mathematical mindset.
• Good computer literacy and communication ability.
• Self-motivated, high-performing work style.
• Interest in working with a top-tier team.
• Prior project experience is a plus.
