Role overview
This role is part of the Department of Health’s Operating Theatre work unit in Katherine, Northern Territory. The position focuses on coordinating theatre bookings and maintaining the waitlist so that theatre time is used efficiently and patient-centred service is supported.
Key objective
The main purpose of the position is to organise Operating Theatre bookings and manage the waitlist in a way that improves theatre utilisation while keeping patient needs at the centre of service delivery.
